Human Resources Generalist

  • Manage recruitment and selection process.
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to onboarding, new employee orientation and exit interviews.
  • Manage attendance, payroll, and personal employee information accurately and efficiently.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Create and update job analysis to identify job descriptions & job specifications.
  • Deal with government authorities (social insurance, etc.).
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related areas, such as leave and compensation, and resolve any problems that may arise.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and suggest improvements.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

 


Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist and managing or at least familiar with all phases of the OD, recruitment, Personnel, payroll and training.Solid understanding payroll & legal best practicesIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesExcellent communication skills Multitasking personality with efficient time management skills Prefer to have an experience in the Call center field General knowledge in the E-commerce field would be a great asset Fluency in English Degree in Human Resources or related field
