- Planning and organizing production schedules.
- Participate in the monthly meeting and provide input on production-rated capacity against demand, as well as provide cost flexibility for production team.
- Develop and execute master production schedule (MPS) based on business demands.
- Set and achieve KPIs based on organization objectives.
- Report required data to the operation director on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including data display and analytical data.
- Maximize the efficiency of the production crew, equipment, and techniques to complete various projects on time.
