Project Coordinator

  • Assist the project manager /Training Head in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans
  • Help project manager / Training Head monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders.
  • Execute project management administrative and tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial Reports.
  • Monitoring the daily progress of projects 
  • Providing detailed updates to project manager / Training Head or other stakeholders
  • Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.
  • Organizing reports, contracts, and other files for easy access.
  • Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
  • Assist the project manager /Training Head to Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities.
  • Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related fieldWorking knowledge of project managementProficiency with Microsoft Officeat least 2 years of experience in project coordination
