Administrative Specialist

  • Warehouses monthly Inspections.
  • Process and report on office expenses.
  • facility and office supplies management. 
  • Maintain physical and digital employee records
  • Schedule in-house and external meetings
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Manage the secretaries team and the office cleaning team.
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems
  • Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
  • Update office policies as needed.

Administrative SpecialistBachelors Degree is a Must.Comfortable with our Office Location in Nasr City.minimum 2 years Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role.Maximum age is 29.Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machinesV. good with Excel reporting and calculationsSolid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasksExcellent verbal and written communication skills
