  • Drive qualified traffic to our Branches
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing Plan/budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Set monthly plan for the on-ground activation/geo-targeting (per Branch)
  • Set monthly plan for on-site wellness days inside different corporates
  • Branches Focus Monthly Plan
  • Plan for different PR & newsletters
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis to always acquire new patients
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups (SEM &ESO)
  • Build strategic relationships and partners with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior/Segment and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Monitor monthly inbound calls/ Visits/ Av. visits/call
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Marketing Team

5 years’ experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn, 3 years’ experience as marketing managerBSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related fieldProven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivateSolid knowledge of website analytics toolsExperience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaignsComfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheetsUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
