The HR Operations Manager Job Summary :

oversees and manages daily HR department operations. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing and implementing HR policies, and supporting the HR team in delivering excellent services to employees.

Job Description:

1. Act as a business partner to line managers and provide guidance and counselling on HR-related issues.

2. Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures, disseminate and communicate them through employee booklets/meetings/and other forms of communication and ensure understanding of stakeholders and compliance.

3. Prepare and deliver reports in conformance with legislated requirements as well as monthly and periodical HR reports to management.

4. Oversees the provision of human resource generalist services, including compliance with regulatory agencies (labor office, insurance, industrial safety, etc.).

5. Plan and provide seasonal and temporary employment needs and manage relevant suppliers and employment agencies.

6. Responsible for HRIS administration and data upkeep. preferable used Kian system previously

7. Manage HR operations and data feeding for payroll generation and other compensation factors.

8. Build relationships with staff at all levels; assure that new recruits integrate effectively into the organization by delivering a high quality on-boarding program.

9. Conduct training sessions related to Ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required. Or support in preparations

10. Actively participate in employee and workers and provide solution to workers’ issues enhancing work environment and aiming at employee satisfaction

11. Actively participate in job evaluation aiming at ensuring fair compensation and benefits

12. Handle grievances and disciplining requirements in assigned areas.

13. Manage, coach and develop a team of HR professionals for different disciplines.

14. Administer employee benefits programs that enhance employee well-being and retention.

15. Implement performance management systems and processes that foster employee growth and accountability.

16. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, safeguarding data integrity and privacy.

17. Implement employee engagement initiatives that cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.

18. Monitor HR trends, best practices, and changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend enhancements.


 Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive BS/MA degree in any major. Required 5 - 9 experience. Experience in the sector (trading & manufacturing companies). Basic HR background..Strong leadership and high communication skills.English and management attitude are musts.Office suite Experience with scheduling, budgeting. Presentable.
