Business Development Executive

A business development executive is a high-level sales professional.
His/ Her main role is to identify new sales leads, pitch products and/or services and maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.

Main Duties:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

B.Sc. Degree in any fieldNot less than 3 years of relevant work experienceDigital Marketing Background is a mustSocially adept and good with numbersCreative and have the ability to solve tough problemsIn-depth knowledge of the industry and its current eventsThe ability to handle pressure and meet deadlinesSkill in prioritizing and triaging obligationsAttention to detailPreferable to have good knowledge of the Gulf market.
