- Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives
- Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently
- Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
- Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines Document the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification
- Analyze the organization’s current project management processes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, timelines, and budgets
- Develop a customized project management plan that aligns with the organization’s needs and objectives. This might involve recommending new methodologies, tools, or software
- Generate reports to track project progress, analyze data, and identify trends

Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar roleBachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a relevant field is required+15 years experience in Management consulting fieldShould be Proficient in writing technical reportsHas experience in writing technical proposalsProficiency in various project management methodologies and tools is expectedStrong leadership skills.Good written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to details and technicalitiesExcellent organizational and technical abilitiesGood interpersonal and multi-tasking skillsRelevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management OfficerProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
