  • Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram.
  • Create engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, to share on social media channels.
  • Responsible for posting and creating social media calendars.
  • Collaborate with different teams regarding the monthly content plan
  • Collaborate and manage graphic designer for direction execution to all social media materials.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages and coordinate with sales team to respond to all inquiries.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform social media strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, blog posts, and webinars.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics (Monthly report) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, new features, and emerging platforms.
  • Create a weekly report with all social media trends and new activities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including webinars, conferences, workshops, and networking events.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, promotion, registration, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Create compelling event content, including presentations, agendas, invitations, signage, and promotional materials

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.2-4 years of experience in marketing, event planning, social media management, or related roles.Strong leadership skills and attention to detailPassionate about marketing in the BTB sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for creating impactful marketing experiences.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Positive attitude, willingness to take on new challenges and learn new things
