Ideal candidates will leverage their creativity and technical expertise to drive user adoption and optimize system performance. The role responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Gathering and documenting customer requirements
- Designing and implementing CRM system modules
- Developing technical documentation for projects and SOW
- Integrating CRM systems with other applications i.e. ERP, BI tools, etc...
- Delivering technical and user training for customers in projects.
