Job Summary:

For the huge expansion, we are looking for a motivated quality assurance specialist is responsible for ensuring that all agricultural products produced and exported meet the required quality standards and comply with international regulations. This role involves conducting inspections, performing tests, and implementing quality control measures to maintain product integrity and safety.

• Monitor and document the quality of products throughout the production process.
• Ensure all products comply with international food safety standards, including FDA, USDA, EU regulations, and other relevant certifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of inspection results, test data, and quality reports.
• Document any deviations from quality standards and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide regular reports on quality metrics to management.
• Identify areas for improvement in the quality control process and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to develop and implement best practices for quality assurance.
• Train production staff on quality control procedures and standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the company.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials.
• Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve product standards.
