- Receive and study the contract and project requirements
- Give awareness to the team leaders, documents controller, and financial department with the project requirements
- Interface calls, faxes, meetings, change orders, scope additions, contract amendments, schedules etc..
- collect project data and issue RFIS as necessary and immediately after the project kickoff
- Review the consistency of project documents and confirm the conformance with the contract
- Issue project documents to the client through the formal transmittal method and in due time according to the project schedule
- Agree with the client on the project: time schedule design criteria, technical specifications, drawing methodology, BOQ template, documents and transmittal methodology (title block, numbering, system, level of details, etc…)and project budget)
- Define and communicate the main contract terms, the sub-consultancy terms, and progress reports with the financial department for invoicing and payments follow-up
- Track the change orders with clients and other sub-consultants
- Review and submit project documents and submissions after confirming completeness from the project coordinator
- Follow up design activities with the team leader to meet time schedule
- Issue periodical project progress report
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Track and report project statistics (project budget, KPIs and VORs)
- Issue periodical project progress reports as necessary
- Assist head of the department in improving existing progress and developing standards
- Reviewing the form of agreements made available by awarding entities projects prior to signature in a way to ensure fairness to Cosmos-Studio and protect its interests
- Provide guidance on contract matters as needed
B.Sc. Architectural /Civil engineering10 years of broad technical experience or 2 years in the same position.Very good English both spoken & written.Very good computer skills (windows- excel -word-AutoCAD-Outlook-Internal-Primavera)Has knowledge of how to use the available tools Has high communication skills, willing to listen, and able to expressHas loyalty to the system and team members.
