Technical Office Account Manager

Egypt - Cairo

• Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations, project proposals, and pricing agreements.

• Review technical drawings and plans to ensure they accurately reflect project specifications and requirements. Verify dimensions, materials, and construction details to avoid discrepancies during execution.

• Coordinate with different teams, including design, purchasing, and site teams, to ensure seamless project execution.

• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure alignment with project schedules and specifications.

• Handle variations orders requested by clients, including assessing their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement VOs effectively and ensure client approval.

• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and invoicing activities. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and timely payments. Address any billing discrepancies or financial issues promptly.

• Ensure that all projects meet company quality standards and exceed client expectations. Conduct regular project reviews and client feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Make regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to design intent. Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site technical challenges in collaboration with the project team.


• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.• Experience needed 3-5 years.• Proven experience in project management, account management, or client services, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and vendors.• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
