Responsibilities:
• Design, implement and own sales strategies that expands company’s customer base and ensure its growth • Assist in the development of the company’s sales plan
• Build, manage and coach sales teams to ensure meeting targets
• Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders
• Assist in generating leads of potential customers, understand their order placement strategies and their decision makers and decision-making processes
• Present, promote and sell products and services to prospective clients
• Finalize and close deals to achieve sales targets within schedule
• Build and promote strong and long-lasting customer relationships
• Conduct market research, competitor and customer analyzes
• Analyze sales trends and results to determine areas of improvement and inventory requirements
• Submit timely reports to Management including results and recommendation for enhancing performance • Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure seamless flow of work
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 10+ years of experience in sales • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies • Experience in customer relationship management • Experience in managing and directing a sales team • Great command of Microsoft Excel and CRM • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
