we are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Bilingual Virtual Assistant & Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position will support our C-level executives and assist our global customers, ensuring efficient management and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be proficient in German and English, demonstrating a robust understanding of technology and office management tools.
Executive Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and arrangements for C-level executives.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and other management software.
- Assist in project management and follow-up on executive tasks.
Customer Support:
- Provide great customer service via phone, email, or chat in both German and English.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Guide customers through technical processes and help them navigate our services.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve our services
