We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization's HR functions and ensuring the overall well-being of our employees. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including conducting orientation programs and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Implement and administer performance management programs, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, personnel data, and HRIS updates.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels.- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proficient in HRIS and other HR software applications.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Join our team and contribute to the success of our organization by creating a positive work environment and supporting our employees' growth and development.
