Job Description • Receive and deliver shipments to the clients, ensuring smooth and friendly Customer Service Experience is offered. • Answer Walk-in Customer inquiries related to product and service. • Co-operates with internal departments to resolve routine issues. • Identify and document potential service issues and incidents of customer dissatisfaction and refers it to line manager.
