  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Arrange appointments and interviews
  • Hospitalizing clients and attending meetings
  • Arrange and storing papers and files
  • Make real estate advertisements and following them up With potential clients
  • Arrange visits, explanations and coordination.
  • Continuous communication and follow-up with brokers.
  • Conduct real estate showing with clients
  • Conduct market research and available investment opportunities.
  • Follow up on banks and their procedures
  • Follow up on the real estate registration and its procedures  (With a representative )
  • Follow up with the family’s official authorities
      (With representatives of the authorities)
