- Monitors daily attendance, follows up the time and attendance activities, monitors departure and checks its accuracy.
- Receives and reviews the hiring documents and make sure it matches with AluNIle's Standards.
- Implements the company's various policies, including attendance, leaving...etc.
- Reviews and receives medical examination for new employees and prepare the medical fitness report.
- Sends the employees' monthly effects on vacations, Work missions, overtime, and absence.
- Participates in raising awareness of management policies and procedures and come up with ideas to improve company's procedures
Bachelor's degree of Business Administration is preferably1- 2 Years of experience working in HRExcellent Command of Microsoft officeExcellent Communication SkillsExcellent problem-solving skillsExceptional organizational skills & multi-tasking ability
