Operations Assistant

Egypt - Cairo
  • Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant, virtual assistant or executive administrative assistant
  • English Language level is B1 minimum.
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc).
  • Communicate with public services when necessary.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.Excellent communication and Strong Leadership skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with ERP system.Fluency in Arabic and English languages is a must.
