What You'll Do:

Inspire and Lead: You'll be at the forefront, leading movement classes that will shape the future of our young athletes. Your passion for fitness will be contagious, and you'll have the opportunity to be a positive influence on these budding talents.

Plan for Success: Craft engaging lesson plans that make fitness exciting for kids. Your creativity and expertise will ensure every class is an adventure that fuels their passion for sports performance.

Assess and Progress: Start with the basics by conducting body composition tests and health screenings for newcomers. Monitor the progress of athletes and adapt your approach to help them grow, strengthening their strengths and improving their weaknesses.

Challenge and Motivate: Keep the excitement alive by creating thrilling movement challenges and fun fitness events. Push the boundaries of what's possible and watch our athletes rise to the occasion.

Collaborate and Elevate: Work hand-in-hand with sports academies to design tailored training programs. Offer technique advice and exercise alternatives to help our athletes excel in their chosen sport.

Report and Consult: Generate fitness reports based on screening results, offering individual consultations and training sessions to our members outside of the movement academy.

Safety First: Ensure our training equipment is used correctly to prevent damage and prioritize the safety and well-being of our athletes. Always be vigilant, adhering to health and safety regulations and offering guidance to prevent injuries.
