We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO to lead our company, a publicly traded organization specializing in industry and commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the business, including operations, finance, and strategy.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team and employees.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders and partners.
- Manage and direct administrative and technical aspects of the business.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Analyze and interpret financial reports and data for strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement and manage institutional development.
- Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Min Age: 45 years.Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Cairo.Minimum of 20 years of experience in the metal and engineering industries.Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial positionExperience in developing profitable strategies and implementing visionStrong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.Familiarity with administrative and technical aspects of the business.Proven ability to manage teams effectively.Proficient in analyzing financial reports and making data-driven decisions.Strong track record in organizational development and management.Analytical abilities and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and public speaking skills
