Scope:The scope of a technical recruiter involves sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates with specialized skills and expertise in technology-related roles. This includes understanding technical requirements, evaluating candidates' qualifications, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Technical recruiters play a crucial role in connecting companies with qualified professionals in fields such as software development, IT, engineering, and other technical domains.Responsibilities:Filling positions within an organization (juniors, seniors and managers)Developing a network of suitable candidates.Handling of administration and record-keeping.Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.Executing recruitment plans efficiently.Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.Drafting and posting job descriptions.Interviewing candidates.Preparing job offers.Networking with various institutions to maintain a qualified database.Requirements:BSc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.From two to three years of experience in hiring software positions.Excellent communication skills.Very good command of English.Excellent record keeping.Analytical with good problem solving skills.Presentable.Work Conditions & Benefits:Hybrid work model.Mobile Allowance.Social and medical insurance covered.At Jadeer, we value diversity and equal opportunity.
