While make sure all CDE processes are in place and communicated to sales teams.ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:ScanningResponsibility for the scanning result and quality of information in the report.Prepare all materials and cascading results to sales for follow up on unscanned coolers.Checking the report for correctnessAnalysis of the report for the region per ASM and BDWeekly Meeting with a commercial function to discuss results and follow up.Wrong location cooler follow-upPreparing requests for printing new QR TagsTechnical support of the scanning toolLost ManagementAnnual CDE inventory (drawing up and signing an order, summary, drawing up, signing statements)Reconcile all documents (cooler movements) Vs. what has been archived.Work with CDE potential LOST (not scan more than 90 days): analysis, written calls communicationEfficientResponsibility for Zero celling coolers for 2 monthsWorking with non-profitable Coolers, category "E"RoutineTranslation of Lost in the system, reflection of information in the SAT registry.
