- Updating recruitment records and produce reports analytics
- Administrate hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks, and conducting interviews
- Advertising all vacancies internally and externally through various recruitment media platforms
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source and interviews the potential candidates through different tools

- A Bachelor's Degree in human resources or other relevant discipline is required- Experience at a recruitment agency is a plus-2-3 years of experience in the HR department- Fluent English- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent in using MS Office- The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment
