Key Account Manager - FMCG

  • Handle key accounts such as Metro Supermarkets , Hyperone and Carrefour to achieve long-term success and to develop a strong, positive partnership.
  • Set and achieve Plans/targets/KPIs to generate best results in Sales, Visibility & Merchandising.
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Handle Customer Development Agreements, negotiation and contract process for new/existing customers that includes negotiating.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • The in ongoing Training of the team on Product Knowledge.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts.
  • Resolve any issues faced the customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and promoters.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.At least 5 years experience at FMCG companyAt least 3 years in the same positionGood command English and Arabic Spoken/writtenProficient user of MS office applications.Leadership skills - Negotiation skills- Communication skills - sales skills
