- Oversee compliance with contract procedures and provide support for project execution procedures.
- Review subcontractors' invoices and prepare progress payment certificates in a timely manner.
- Conduct site surveys, prepare specifications, presentations, and project documentation.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from contractors and the project management team, providing clear and accurate information.
- Provide comprehensive administration of the project contract, ensuring that all parties fulfill their obligations in a fully auditable manner.
- Take responsibility for internal reporting on all commercial and contractual issues, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering2-3 years of experience
