-Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management
- Handling Order Processing
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
