• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in furniture sales, interior design, and fit-out.
• The successful candidate must have knowledge of interior fit-out works and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets in this industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a database of clients in the Real Estate market
• Achieve sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base
• Negotiate and close deals with clients to secure contracts
• Collaborate with the site execution team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of projects

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in interior design or Property & Real estate market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in this industry
• Well-established relationships with Property Real Estate Agencies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of the English language written and spoken.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma
• Own a car is a plus 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office program.
• Experience: 2+ years
