Hiring female executive assistants (Work from home)

We are a Tech startup and looking for an ambitious executive assistant or virtual assistant with finely tuned organizational skills and prior secretarial experience. The right person must be a self-starter, able to provide tailored services from handling travel arrangements and scheduling engagements to investigating companies around the world! You'll never have boring days as you handle intellectually stimulating tasks every day. We need someone who can stay ahead of the challenges offered by this fast-paced role - if you're ready for success and love solving problems, then we want YOU! Fluency in English is essential, with French giving applicants bonus points.

The ideal candidate should be based out of Alexandria or Cairo. No travel outside Egypt required – perfect for those content staying close to home and who love to work remotely.

What You Will Do:

- Making emails & phone calls to customers and providers in English.

- Making travel arrangements, bookkeeping, and scheduling appointments.

- Plan, organize, and execute daily activities and appointments.

- Conduct online research and provide reports to be used in IT and Business related projects according to instructions given.

What You Bring To The Table:

- Fresh graduates (Females only) or graduates with 2 years of experience. Preferably with business or IT studies.

- Must own a PC/Laptop and a stable internet connection

- Fluency in English is a MUST.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
