Job description

  • Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • A focus on product and an eye for quality.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer
  • 1 to 3 years of React experience
  • Demonstrable experience building scalable frontend solutions and APIs
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
  • You have experience with at least one major frontend stack
  • You have deep knowledge of HTML/ CSS and its pre-processors
  • Knowledge of testing
  • Knowledge of Docker's basics.
  • Server-Side Rendering, code-splitting,
  • Front-end performance and/or SEO optimization,
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration practices and tools (i.e., CircleCI, Jenkins).
  • Some experience in Server-Side Rendering / Static Site Generation, (i.e., Gatsby, Next.js).
  • Solid understanding of concurrency and multithreading
  • Experience working within an Agile SCRUM team
  • A passion for and experience with software engineering best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing and peer reviewing
  • Familiarity with Unix systems, common command line tools e.g., grep/awk and source control tools e.g., git
