High Secure System is hiring a 1-Senior Sales Engineer-2-facility Maintenance services (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm) with the following details:

Responsibilities (Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following):
- Building long-term relationships with assigned customers at all levels thus exploring new business opportunities (HVAC / Firefighting/ Fire Alarm).
- Identifying business opportunities and sales channels.
- Develop and maintain ongoing job cost accounting to allow timely reviews of the effectiveness and profitability of all work performed.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and a high level of pipeline management. Provide accurate periodic sales forecasts as requested.
- Search for new clients who might need company services or products and maximize customer potential in designated regions.
- Prepare periodic reports to Direct Manager.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the division management.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
- Achieve Targets and outcomes within the Schedule.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3 Years Minimum.
- Team working.
- Ability to handle high flow work.
- English business reading & writing.
