  • We are looking for an Architect Engineer with at least +3 years of experience
  • And must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering
  • Work full time (9am-6pm)

Functional tasks:

  • Proficient in 3D Design is must
  • Preparing the planning drawings for the buildings, taking into account the internal coordination and the external environment according to the requirements of the Saudi Building Code.
  • Giving advice and instructions to reach the maximum possible benefit and to fulfill the basic purpose of the building.
  • Organizing and supervising the project in all its stages.
  • Intervene to find solutions in the event that any obstacles arise during the construction process.
  • Final review on the network and ensure delivery as agreed.
  • Work location: 19 B Al-Obour Buildings
