Looking for Store Manager for a Lebanese Restaurant in Egypt
The main purpose of the Store Manager is to oversee the entire performance of the store as well as running a smooth operation in his/her store and plays the link part between management and employees. The Store Manager is a key position in our store and plays a crucial part in the organization.
TASKS:
- Makes sure that all staff (F.O.H & B.O.H) are applying the hygiene and food safety standards.
- Makes sure that all staff is well-groomed and presentable.
- Conducts daily briefings with the staff and makes sure that all staff is aware of the company updates.
- Supervises the opening & closing of the store.
- Handles the daily and monthly inventory items.
- Makes sure of getting involved in all expenses and costs with respect to the set profit margins.
- Monitors the daily sales and compares with previous data and works on immediate corrective actions whenever revenues are affected.
- Makes sure that all customers are well greeted, guided, and farewelled.
- Evaluates the performance of all staff.
- Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B, preferably at a managerial level, same experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality is mandatory.
- Coffee passionate.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Multi tasked and problem-solving.
- Attention to details and accuracy including monetary responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Initiative and follow-up skills.
- Hard and smart worker.
- Physically fit and ready to work long hours.
- Advanced Arabic and English language, another language is a plus.
- Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Applications.
