Proven work experience as a Customer Service, Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
Manage Inbound & Outbound calls in a timely manner
Responding to customer queries about our services
Excellent communication abilities with a customer service attitude
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Good Computer skills in Microsoft Office & Google Sheet etc.

At least 3 years working experience in similar role
