  • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  • Prepare agenda for meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
  • Schedule meetings and take minutes.
  • Alert managers about cancellations or new meetings.
  • Follow up memos deadlines.
  • Prepare correspondences and emails.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, and taking messages.
  • Maintain and update the contact list.
  • Greet visitors. Manage spreadsheets.
  • Coordinates office management activities. Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
  • Receive and relay telephone messages. Expert in establishing and maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Typing general materials, mailing, faxing, photocopying, scanning and faxing.

Job Skills

  • English: Excellent Reading , writing, specking
  • Suitable bachelor degree
  • 3 Years’ Experience in same position
  • Presentable and has communication skills
  • Time Management
  • Computer: Excellent user of Microsoft office
