The Lead MEP Engineers coordinates, evaluate and assess information related to Mechanical and Electrical systems necessary to construct the project on time in a safe manner, within budget, and to the quality specified by the contract documents.

Lead all technical office engineers in order to give full support to the ongoing projects (design, shop drawing, etc.)

Assist in Managing coordination between drawings of all disciplines & activities while providing solutions for any problems.

- Assist in Preparing Method Statement.

Supervise the process of reflecting the existing status of the site on the design drawings, prior to starting the engineering submissions.

Supervise the submission of reports detailing the difference between the contract and the tender package in terms of the quantity of drawings

Advise if any changes will have any technical impact on the project.

Approve the Drawing Submittals and Requests for information (RFI) prior to submitting them for approval, though the document control, and prior to the construction start date of every relevant procurement and construction activity.

Monitor and approve Working on the as-built drawings with the frequency previously agreed on in the project kick off meeting.

Undertake any other projects/duties assigned

Prepare engineering project reports, as may be required.

Prepares periodic reports regarding the MEP department activities and achievements to be submitted to of MEP on monthly basis or when required.
