Senior Quality Control Engineer

1. Manage and co-ordinate quality control activities designed to ensure accurate and reliable analysis consistent with established standards.
2. Conduct checks of quality standards that have been identified by each unit within the Department.
3. Develop, manage, monitor and modify schedules for the preparation, analysis and reporting of quality related processes to ensure timely and efficient processing.
4. Develop, manage, and analyze statistical data and specifications to ensure that the present testing standards meet organizational quality standards.
5. Develop, manage and maintain internal quality procedures & External.
6. Manage and supervise the archiving of sample data and storage of samples received for analysis.
7. Manage and assist and with the co-ordination of quality improvement activities within the organization.
8. Assist with the introduction, implementation and evaluation of current quality improvement approaches and methods.
9. Review and analyze processes from quality/cost viewpoint.
10. Coach and train leagues on quality systems, approaches and methods.
11. Facilitate and co-ordinate 'Quality' team at his area.
12. Assist teams in customer focused planning and problem solving.
13. Assist teams with plan-do-check-act stages of the quality processes including implementation of the changes.
14. Maintain focus of the organization on opportunities for improvement.
15. Track and report progress of teams' activities, orally and in writing, on a continuous basis.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Electrical or Mechatronics
• 2-3 years' experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Awareness Lean and SIX Sigma tools.
• Awareness of ISO - Standards
• Excellent English
• Age not more than 38 years
