The Human Resources Consultant guides and directs the various group companies HR/Administration teams to enable them to deliver comprehensive HR services to their businesses. The HR Manager proactively advises on best practice HR and where necessary takes a hands on role with dealing with case work. My responsibilities include aligning HR policies/procedures across the group, ensuring the implementation of HRMIS across the group is complete by end of 2014
The HR Manager supports the people management functions that underpin the business culture. The broad areas include: employee relations, compensation and benefits, reward, professional growth & training, policy and procedure and performance management.

- Plan, organize, implement and control work procedures, schedules and programs related to teachers
- Perform the communication and follow-up with all departments on the company
- Responsible for all payroll functions.
- May require accountability to both finance and human resource departments.
- Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Manages payroll staff and typically reports to the controller or manager of human resources.
