-Civil Procurement Engineer
-Job Description:
- Responsible for creating material Purchasing requests using ERP System.
- Responsible for creating contracts using ERP System.
- Responsible for creating subcontracts hard copy and following with the subcontractors to sign the subcontracts.
- Responsible for issuing the internal approval cover and follow with all the departments to sign the cover.
- Responsible for updating the subcontracts log.
- Archiving subcontracts and covers hardcopy and softcopy.
- Responsible to send the new subcontractors documents for coding from the coding department.
- Responsible for issuing database for all company subcontractors.
- Distributing all E-mails for subcontracts till finalizing with the projects.
-Job Requirments:
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- 3-4 years of experience in procurement.
- Construction Background is a #Must.
- SAP User or any ERP System.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
