Rose Kids is looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee our retail branches, drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and lead branch teams toward achieving business targets.

Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Area Manager.
- Previous experience in retail apparel is highly preferred, especially in children’s clothing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and achieve sales targets.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between branches.
- Preferably based in Giza or nearby areas.
