Your everyday work will include greeting visitors, answering calls and emails, supporting meeting arrangements and taking care of various reception related tasks

What You ‘ll Do

• Welcome and professionally assist visitors, clients, and guests. 

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries. 

• Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments. 

• Manage the reception area and ensure a professional image. 

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitors’ schedules. 

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents. 

• Receive, register, and distribute mail, packages, and official documents. 

• Coordinate with different departments regarding administrative requests. 

• Maintain visitor logs and reception records. 

• Support office administration and daily operational activities. 

• Assist with meeting room arrangements and preparation. 

• Coordinate office supplies and communicate requirements to the relevant department. 

• Support management and employees with general coordination tasks. 

• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service

What You’ll Need

• 1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, coordination, or a similar role. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented. 

• Very good command of English and Arabic. 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. 

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. 

• Excellent telephone and email etiquette. 

• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

• Experience in reception, customer service, or any comparable role will help you succeed in this position
