We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations, establish effective financial processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, monthly closing, and management reports.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards, tax regulations, and applicable laws.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning support.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team.
• Improve accounting systems, workflows, and reporting processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, with relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and Egyptian regulations.
• Experience with financial statements, month-end closing, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Location: El Mohandeseen, Giza.

Working Hours: 8 hours daily | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
