Talent 360 is hiring a Site Civil Engineer to join our Production Team.
This is a full-time opportunity for a hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented engineer who can manage site activities and ensure the successful execution of production and installation projects.
About The Role
Talent 360 is looking for a Site Civil Engineer to support the Production Team in executing projects on-site. The role will involve coordinating site activities, supervising installation and construction works, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that projects are delivered according to approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site production, construction, and installation activities
- Ensure all site works are executed according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate with the Production Team, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams
- Review architectural, structural, and technical drawings and ensure accurate execution on-site
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of work
- Coordinate the installation of structures, fixtures, finishes, and other project elements
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the Production Team
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and communicate updates to the Production Manager
- Monitor materials delivered to site and ensure proper handling, storage, and availability
- Follow up on project schedules and ensure site activities are completed within the required deadlines
- Coordinate measurements, quantities, and site requirements with the relevant production teams
- Ensure that site activities comply with safety, quality, and company standards
- Support the Production Team during site preparation, installation, execution, and project handover
- Coordinate snagging and ensure all required corrections are completed before final handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in site engineering, construction, fit-out, exhibition, events, or production-related projects
- Experience in site supervision and coordinating contractors and subcontractors
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and technical drawings
- Good knowledge of construction and finishing works
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of MS Project is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations when required

- الإشراف والتنسيق لأعمال الإنتاج والبناء والتركيب في الموقع
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع أعمال الموقع وفقًا للرسومات والتصاميم والمواصفات المعتمدة ومتطلبات المشروع
- التنسيق مع فريق الإنتاج والمقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين وفرق الموقع الأخرى
- مراجعة الرسومات المعمارية والإنشائية والتقنية وضمان التنفيذ الدقيق في الموقع
- إجراء عمليات تفقد دورية للموقع ومراقبة جودة وسير العمل
- تنسيق تركيب الهياكل والتجهيزات والتشطيبات وعناصر المشروع الأخرى
- تحديد وتحديد المشكلات الفنية والمتعلقة بالموقع وحلها بالتنسيق مع فريق الإنتاج
- إعداد تقارير تقدم العمل اليومية والأسبوعية في الموقع وإرسال التحديثات إلى مدير الإنتاج
- مراقبة المواد الموردة إلى الموقع وضمان التعامل السليم معها وتخزينها وتوفيرها
- متابعة الجداول الزمنية للمشروع وضمان إنجاز أنشطة الموقع خلال المواعيد النهائية المحددة
- تنسيق القياسات والكميات ومتطلبات الموقع مع فرق الإنتاج ذات الصلة
- ضمان التزام أنشطة الموقع بمعايير السلامة والجودة ومعايير الشركة
- دعم فريق الإنتاج أثناء تجهيز الموقع والتركيب والتنفيذ وتسليم المشروع
- تنسيق عمليات فحص الملاحظات وضمان إتمام جميع التصحيحات المطلوبة قبل التسليم النهائي.
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في هندسة الموقع، أو الإنشاءات، أو التشطيبات، أو المعارض، أو الفعاليات، أو المشاريع المتعلقة بالإنتاج
- خبرة في الإشراف على الموقع والتنسيق مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن
- قدرة قوية على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات المعمارية والإنشائية والتقنية
- معرفة جيدة بأعمال البناء والتشطيبات
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية المحددة للمشاريع
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالجودة
- إتقان برنامج AutoCAD
- معرفة جيدة ببرامج MS Office؛ وتُعد المعرفة ببرنامج MS Project ميزة إضافية
- الاستعداد للعمل في الموقع والسفر إلى مواقع المشاريع عند الحاجة
