• Supervise daily packaging operations and ensure production targets are achieved.

• Monitor production performance, labor productivity, and packaging line efficiency.

• Ensure product quality throughout all packaging stages.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.

• Coordinate with the maintenance department to resolve equipment breakdowns and improve operational efficiency.

• Train operators and supervisors on standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

• Monitor raw material consumption and reduce packaging waste.

• Prepare daily production reports and analyze performance against targets.

• Coordinate with Quality Control and Production Planning to ensure smooth operations.

• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Residents of 6th of October City or nearby areas are preferred.

• B.Sc. in Production, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

• 1–3 years of production experience; packaging experience is preferred.

• Good knowledge of production processes and packaging operations.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Good time management and attention to detail.

• Very good communication and teamwork skills.

• Very good command of Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
