Role Description The HR Manager (Real Estate) is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for leading HR operations for real estate-focused clients and teams. The role includes designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and onboarding for sales and real estate positions, and managing performance and talent development processes. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and support workforce planning aligned with business goals. Daily activities include partnering with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational strategy, maintaining accurate HR records and reports, and coordinating training and development programs tailored to real estate and sales-driven environments. The role also involves optimizing HR processes, supporting change management efforts, and contributing to the continuous improvement of people systems.
Qualifications
- Strong HR operations and policy development skills, including experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proven experience in the real estate or similarly fast-paced, sales-driven sectors, with knowledge of role structures, incentives, and workforce dynamics.
- Ability to design and implement scalable HR frameworks, including organizational structuring, workforce planning, and process optimization.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in employee engagement and retention.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work closely with founders, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including the ability to use HR metrics and data to inform decisions and drive performance.
- Experience managing HR projects end-to-end, including change management and implementation of new systems or processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Giza, adapt to dynamic business needs, and handle multiple priorities in a structured, organized manner.
