We're looking for a senior designer who sets the visual direction, not just follows it.
Tanfeth is the parent company of several businesses across different industries, all serving the Saudi market. We need a senior designer, based in Cairo, to own the visual direction of every brand in the group: deciding how each one looks, sounds and moves on social media, and making sure they all stay sharp and distinct.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the visual direction for every brand in the group, from social content to campaign concepts
- Partner with marketing and management to turn business goals and strategy into creative direction
- Lead brand identity and rebranding projects end to end: research, concept, guidelines and rollout
- Set up and refine an AI video production workflow, from concept and prompting to editing and final delivery, and keep its output on-brand and publish-ready
- Create and maintain brand guidelines and template systems so content stays consistent at scale
- Present creative concepts to company leadership and defend design decisions with clear reasoning
- Plan monthly and seasonal content with the marketing team, including key Saudi moments
- Review and give direction to freelancers or junior designers as the team grows
- Track content performance and use the results to improve future creative work
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in graphic design, with a strong focus on social media and brand work
- At least one brand identity or rebrand project you led from start to finish
- Proven experience handling several brands at the same time (agency or multi-company group)
- Strong grasp of marketing strategy, brand positioning and audience thinking
- Strong art direction skills: you can define a visual concept, not only execute one
- Strong Arabic typography skills and experience with bilingual (Arabic/English) layouts
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects
- Proven experience producing published video content with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo or Midjourney
- Video editing skills (Premiere or CapCut)
- Clear communication and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders

شركة "تنفيذ" هي الشركة الأم لعدة شركات في قطاعات مختلفة، وجميعها تخدم السوق السعودي. نحن بحاجة إلى مصمم جرافيك أول، مقر عمله في القاهرة، ليتولى التوجه البصري لكل علامة تجارية في المجموعة: تحديد مظهر وصوت وحركة كل علامة تجارية على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وضمان بقائها جميعا متألقة ومتميزة.
ما ستفعله
- قيادة التوجه البصري لكل علامة تجارية في المجموعة، بدءاً من محتوى التواصل الاجتماعي ووصولاً إلى أفكار الحملات الإعلانية
- الشراكة مع فريق التسويق والإدارة لتحويل أهداف واستراتيجية العمل إلى توجه إبداعي
- قيادة مشاريع الهوية التجارية وإعادة بناء العلامة التجارية من البداية إلى النهاية: البحث، الفكرة، الإرشادات، والإطلاق
- إعداد وتحسين بيئة عمل إنتاج الفيديو باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، بدءاً من الفكرة والأوامر النصية ووصولاً إلى المونتاج والتسليم النهائي، مع ضمان توافق المخرجات مع العلامة التجارية وجاهزيتها للنشر
- إنشاء وصيانة إرشادات العلامة التجارية وأنظمة القوالب لضمان اتساق المحتوى وتناسقه مع التوسع
- تقديم المفاهيم الإبداعية لقيادة الشركة والدفاع عن قرارات التصميم بأسباب وحجج واضحة
- التخطيط للمحتوى الشهري والموسمي مع فريق التسويق، بما في ذلك المناسبات السعودية الرئيسية
- مراجعة وتوجيه المصممين المستقلين أو المبتدئين مع نمو الفريق
- تتبع أداء المحتوى واستخدام النتائج لتحسين الأعمال الإبداعية المستقبلية
المتطلبات
ما تقدمه للمنصب
- خبرة 5+ سنوات في التصميم الجرافيكي، مع تركيز قوي على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأعمال العلامات التجارية
- قيادة مشروع واحد على الأقل للهوية التجارية أو إعادة بناء العلامة التجارية من البداية إلى النهاية
- خبرة مثبتة في التعامل مع عدة علامات تجارية في نفس الوقت (وكالة إعلانية أو مجموعة شركات متعددة)
- فهم قوي لاستراتيجية التسويق، وتموضع العلامة التجارية، والتفكير الموجه للجمهور
- مهارات قوية في الإخراج الفني: القدرة على تحديد المفهوم البصري وليس فقط تنفيذه
- مهارات قوية في التنسيق المطبوع والخطوط العربية وخبرة في التنسيقات ثنائية اللغة (عربي/إنجليزي)
- إتقان برامج Adobe Illustrator وPhotoshop وInDesign وAfter Effects
- خبرة مثبتة في إنتاج محتوى فيديو منشور باستخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي مثل Runway أو Kling أو Veo أو Midjourney
- مهارات تحرير الفيديو (Premiere أو CapCut)
- مهارات تواصل واضحة وثقة في التقديم والعرض أمام الإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة
