- Responsible for registering sales and return orders and following up the reservation of supply orders that have been executed with the warehouse management
1- Record sales orders received from the sales department.
2- Registration of return order received to Warehouse Department from customer stores.
3- Follow up the reservation of supply orders that have been executed with the warehouse management.
4- Delivery of invoices to distribution salespersons.
5- Review government tenders order.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Experience 1-2 years
Very good in English.
Oracle user is preferable.
Excellent knowledge of full MS Office Programs
Advanced excel user
Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.

4- تسليم الفواتير لمندوبي مبيعات التوزيع.
5- مراجعة أوامر المناقصات الحكومية.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة
خبرة 1-2 سنوات
جيد جداً في اللغة الإنجليزية.
يفضل من لديه خبرة في استخدام نظام أوراكل.
معرفة ممتازة بكافة برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس
مستخدم متقدم لبرنامج إكسل
مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وشخصية متقدمة.
مهارات ممتازة في التعاون والتواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
