Role Description The Senior Medical Representative role at Pharco Corporation is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza (Haram or Dokki areas). The role involves promoting Pharco’s portfolio of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders, through regular visits, presentations, and scientific discussions. The Senior Medical Representative is responsible for implementing sales and marketing plans, achieving territory sales targets, and ensuring effective product positioning in line with company strategy. Day-to-day activities include scheduling and conducting field visits, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, monitoring competitors’ activities, and providing timely feedback and reports to management. The role also requires participation in medical events, continuous learning about product updates and therapeutic areas, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong medical sales and account management skills, with proven experience in pharmaceutical field promotion.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, including persuasive presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Solid knowledge base in medicine and pharmacy to discuss products accurately and confidently with healthcare professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, analyze territory performance, and use data to plan effective actions.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with readiness to work primarily in the field within Giza (Haram/Dokki).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and reporting tools; English language skills are an advantage.
