Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Present and promote the company’s shipping and logistics services to clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable logistics solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up with clients to close deals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales.
  • 2+ years of experience in Shipping / Logistics is a MUST.
  • Strong understanding of the shipping and logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Target-oriented and results-driven.
  • Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Good command of English is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
